It really is a different world way out at the end of the 40 kilometer sandpit known as Long Point, Norfolk County Ontario. Without proper authorization, you're forbidden to enter most of this sand spit which juts way out into the middle of Lake Erie, one of the Great Lakes. It's owned by The Long Point Company or has been donated and declared a (UNESCO) World Biosphere Reserve with flora and fauna found nowhere else in this world.
