    Flooding. Avalanches. Hurricanes.

We know that many different types of weather can trigger dangerous, even catastrophic, conditions.

Have you ever seen a dramatic picture or video, and tried to imagine being there?

Weather disasters inspire digital artist, Steve McGhee. His imagination pushes him to ask - “what if?”

"I've always been somewhat interested in things that we as people have no control over and one of those things is weather...," says McGhee. "We are at the mercy of the weather and our environment and the chance for cataclysm is always there."

Steve McGhee calls his work “images of worst case scenarios” and “a comment on the frailty of human existence.”

Shocking, thought-provoking, sensational, creative - you decide. After all, weather art like all art is subjective, we all feel something different.
