VIDEO: Twin waterspouts form off the coast of Italy

Waterspouts mesmerized on-lookers in Italy with a display that could easily be the backdrop to an Italian opera.
Back on November 6, 2014, these waterspouts formed simultaneously off the coast of Ligura, Italy, and dissipated before making landfall. Considered to be weak tornadoes that form over water with the potential to make landfall, waterspouts are synonymous with early fall in Canada.
