Saturday, January 23, 2016, 4:45 PM - As the colossal nor'easter continues to slam the eastern U.S., blizzard warnings remain in effect extending from Virginia and Philadelphia to New York City.

At least 11 people have been killed in accidents as a result of the treacherous conditions.

Officials say 85 million people are in the storm's path, with 30 million of them facing blizzard conditions.

At least 11 states including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and Georgia, as well as the District of Columbia, have declared states of emergency.
