Monday, August 20, 2018, 1:31 PM - Shock rocker Marilyn Manson collapsed onstage four songs into a concert in Houston, Texas Saturday. He reportedly told fans he was suffering from "heat poisoning."

Houston recorded a high of 35°C with a humidex of 47 Saturday.

Manson collapsed while performing his cover of the Eurythmics’ “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This).” He returned to the stage for one more song but the concert was cancelled after that, the Guardain reports.

Fan video of the incident appears below. He falls around the 3:40 mark.

Later, Manson tweeted out he ended up in "doctor's care".

"Thanks Houston for being understanding," he said Monday.

"I ended up in doctor’s care, but I gave it my best and you guys were amazing."

Marilyn Manson was performing at the Woodlands Pavilion as part of the "Twins of Evil" tour, which is co-headlining with Rob Zombie.
