Saturday, January 13, 2018, 12:25 PM - A series of low pressure systems and an Arctic front will bring a wild assortment of winter weather to Quebec through Saturday. Everything from rain, snow, a couple rounds of freezing rain, drastic temperatures swings, and a freeze potential are all on the table.
A widespread winter storm warning covers most of southern Quebec, including the city of Montreal where multiple types of severe winter weather are expected.

"Heavy snow will continue this morning and end gradually this afternoon. Another 10 to 15 centimetres is expected, Environment Canada said about Montreal. "Combination of snow and brisk northwesterlies will reduce visibilities in occasional blowing snow."
Widespread snowfall will continue for much of southern Quebec through Saturday, with improving conditions beginning Saturday afternoon into the evening.
Though Saturday will be drastically colder than the latter part of the past week, with a daytime high of -10oC for Montreal, Sunday will be colder still, reaching potentially down to -20oC, feeling closer to -30 with the windchill.
