In pictures: Supermoon shines on Canada
Monday, November 14, 2016, 7:47 PM - Weather Network viewers took advantage of nice weather across most of the country to get out and see the supermoon.
This is the closest the celestial body has passed to Earth since 1948, making for the biggest and brightest full moon many Canadians have ever seen.
Though not everybody got a chance to glimpse the rare moon (sorry, B.C. lower mainland), many Weather Network viewers got some good shots on November 13th, and again on the 14th.
Check out some of these spectacular shots we've received from our viewers.
