WEEKEND RECAP

On Saturday, the worst storms fired in Alberta through the afternoon, with tornado warnings briefly in effect for some areas east of Edmonton. Though no tornado has been confirmed by Environment Canada, storm chasers and residents tweeted shots of scary-looking shelf clouds, and some structural damage.

For Sunday, the worst risk shifted east to Saskatchewan, but Twitter still lit up with incredible storm footage.
