"We rely on farmers all over the world for our ingredients, and when they don’t have the predictable weather patterns needed for farming, that can mean no cocoa, no peanuts, and no Peanut Butter Cup ice cream," the company said on their official website.

The at-risk ingredients were cocoa/chocolate, nuts, and coffee, impacting more than 20 different flavours.

Popular choices that made the list include the following:

Chocolate

  • Cherry Garcia
  • Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
  • Chocolate Fudge Brownie
  • Milk & Cookies
  • S'mores

Nuts

  • Peanut Butter Fudge Core
  • Banana Split
  • Chunky Monkey
  • Pistachio Pistachio

Coffee

  • Coffee Caramel Fudge Non-Dairy
  • Coffee Toffee Bar Crunch
  • Coffee, Coffee BuzzBuzzBuzz!

Scared yet? We sure are," the company said below their full list of "endangered pints."

"As the effects of climate change creep closer and closer to our daily lives, it's becoming more and more important that we do everything we can to reduce global emissions and move toward a sustainable future. Ben & Jerry's has been met with both praise and notoriety for being vocal about social justice, politics, and climate change.

Earlier this year co-founders Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield were arrested along with 300 others at Washington, D.C.'s "Democracy Awakening" protests.

The protests were advocating for action on workers' rights, climate change, racial justice, health care, peace, and immigration reform, among many other topics of international debate.
