Sara Kramer and her new husband recently shared their wedding photos, which were taken in front of the 416 wildfire in Colorado.
She says she did it to show appreciation for the people working to keep the area safe.
According to CNN, the fire forced the couple to re-locate their wedding.
Some rain is expected in the area, which may alleviate some of the two dozen wildfires currently burning. But the precipitation could trigger flash floods, the National Weather Service cautions.
The 416 fire has chewed through 13,000 hectares of land. On Friday, officials said it was 18 per cent contained.
