The Flood Warning is extended for the following river in Wisconsin Baraboo River Near Baraboo affecting Columbia and Sauk Counties.
What: Minor flooding is occurring.
Where: Baraboo River near Baraboo.
When: Until late this afternoon.
Impacts: At 16.0 feet, The effects of flooding at this level are confined mainly to agricultural land.
Additional Details: - At 10:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 16.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet. - Recent ActivityThe maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:00 AM CDT Friday was 16.9 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to fall below flood stage late this morning and continue falling to 9.7 feet on Friday, April 17. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - Flood HistoryThis crest compares to a previous crest of 15.9 feet on 04/12/2008. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
