Description

Winter storm expected.

What:
- Snowfall amounts of 15 to 25 centimetres.
- Northeasterly winds between 70 and 90 kilometres per hour
- Blowing snow

When: Sunday afternoon to Monday evening

Where: Eastern Quebec

Additional information:
An intense low pressure system will reach the Gulf of St. Lawrence on Monday. In general, snowfall amounts of 15 to 25 centimetres are expected, but accumulations may reach 35 centimetres on the Gaspé Peninsula and Anticosti Island.

Travel may be difficult due to the rapid accumulation of snow and blowing snow.
