What: A period of freezing rain and ice pellets followed by a period of snow and blowing snow.
When: Beginning Monday morning and ending Tuesday afternoon
Additional information:
Freezing rain is expected on Monday afternoon and heavy snow, on Monday evening.
Close to 15 centimetres of snow is expected through Tuesday afternoon.
