Rain will begin near midday Sunday becoming heavy at times through the afternoon and evening. Precipitation may begin as freezing rain briefly before changing over to rain with little ice accretion expected. The rain will ease Sunday night or Monday morning.

If possible, clear storm drains of snow and ice.
