Description

Persistent snow squalls are expected. Under the snow squall bands, visibility will be significantly reduced due to the heavy snow, and snow will quickly accumulate.

Snow squalls continue.

What:
Near zero visibility in snow and local blowing snow.
Additional local snowfall amounts of 5 to 15 cm.
Snowfall rates of 5 cm per hour.

When:
Continuing through tonight and Thursday.

Additional information:
Snow squalls off Lake Huron are expected to remain through Thursday. The highest snowfall accumulations are expected tonight. Travel will be particularly hazardous.

Visibility may be suddenly reduced to near zero at times. Roads and walkways may be very difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow.
