Additional information: Freezing rain is expected to change over to rain overnight as temperatures climb above the freezing mark. ### Roads and walkways will likely become icy and slippery. Strong winds expected on Monday.

What:
Strong southwesterly and northwesterly wind gusts of 70 to 90 km/h.

When:
Beginning Monday morning and easing Monday evening.

Additional information.
Strong southwesterly winds are expected to develop Monday morning with the passage of a strong cold front. The winds will become northwesterly through the afternoon. The winds will ease through Monday evening. Areas with significant ice build-up from freezing rain will be most vulnerable.
