Description

Hazardous winter conditions expected tonight through Friday.

What:
Snow and ice pellets with total amounts of 10 to 20 cm.
Freezing rain with ice build-up of 1 to 3 mm.
Reduced visibility in areas of heavy snow.

When:
Tonight through Friday.

Additional information:
A low pressure system is expected to bring a wintry mix of precipitation to the area beginning tonight. Snow mixed with ice pellets or freezing rain is expected to begin this evening for Red Lake and spread eastwards reaching Armstrong by midnight. At this time, it appears the area of heaviest snow will affect the northernmost portion of the area.

Warnings will be issued as the event draws closer.
