Bitterly cold conditions are expected tonight into Tuesday morning with wind chill values of minus 25 to minus 30. Wind chill values will moderate through Tuesday afternoon although they are still expected to be near minus 20. Wind chill values of minus 25 to minus 30 may return Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.

Extreme cold puts everyone at risk.
Risks are greater for young children, older adults, people with chronic illnesses, people working or exercising outdoors, and those without proper shelter.
Watch for cold related symptoms: shortness of breath, chest pain, muscle pain and weakness, numbness and colour change in fingers and toes.
