Description

Poor visibility in blowing snow continues.

Locations: Burgeo - Ramea.

Maximum wind gusts: northeasterly 80 to 100 km/h.

Time span: continuing until near noon.

Remarks: Strong winds combined with fresh snowfall is causing widespread blowing snow, especially inland and over higher terrain. Conditions will improve this afternoon as temperatures rise just above zero.
