A late season winter storm will impact the area beginning this morning.

What:
Freezing rain with ice build-up of 5 to 10 mm.
Snowfall accumulation of 10 to 15 cm.
Strong easterly winds gusting up to 70 km/h.

When:
Beginning this morning, continuing through Saturday morning.

Additional Information:
Precipitation will start as a wintry mix of snow, ice pellets and freezing rain this morning before transitioning to freezing rain this evening. Freezing rain will transition back to snow Friday afternoon. The majority of the snow will fall Friday night and into Saturday morning.
