Remarks:
An atmospheric river continues to bring rain, at times heavy, to the region. Near 120 to 190 mm of rain has been reported through the weekend. Additional rainfall amounts near 50 to 80 are expected before the heavy rain eases to periods of light rain tonight.

Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas. Visibility will likely be suddenly reduced at times. Landslides may occur in vulnerable areas such as steep slopes, deforested areas or recent burn scars.
