Significant snowfall continues over sections of the Icefields Parkway.

Snowfall amounts will be variable but at the highest elevations, such as Sunwapta Pass and Bow Summit, upwards of 30 cm is expected by Thursday evening. Further significant snowfall is likely into Saturday.

Snow levels will vary from 1700 metres overnight and in the mornings to 2000 metres in the afternoon and evenings.

Travel will likely be challenging. Visibility will likely be reduced at times. Road closures are possible.
