Snowfall warnings were issued for New Brunswick and P.E.I., with conditions improving Friday.

A heavy snowstorm from a Colorado low brought significant disruptions to Atlantic Canada, particularly New Brunswick, overnight Thursday into Friday.

At least 30,000 customers in the province faced power outages, schools were closed, and travel was hampered due to heavy, wet snowfall.

Snowfall warnings were issued for New Brunswick and P.E.I., with conditions improving later Friday.
