
A renewed chance for severe weather in Manitoba, NW Ont. on Wednesday
After a stormy Tuesday in southern Manitoba, including reported tornado sightings, a threat for severe weather will pop up again on Wednesday, also extending into northwestern Ontario.
The Prairies have taken centre stage for much of Canada's severe weather this week, especially after tornado warnings and sightings in southern Manitoba on Tuesday.
While the tornado threat has since disappeared, a threat for severe storms will linger in parts of southern Manitoba into Tuesday overnight. On Wednesday, the risk will surface in southern Manitoba again, but on a diminished scale, while also stretching into northwestern Ontario.

Wednesday sees a severe storm setup again in Manitoba, extends into northwestern Ontario
The very slow-moving low will inches its way east over Manitoba Wednesday.
Similar Manitoba locations impacted by severe thunderstorms on Tuesday will see the threat again on Wednesday, albeit less severe in nature.

An unstable environment and low pressure trigger continues severe thunderstorm risk by the afternoon.
Environment won't be as potent as it was on Tuesday, but a large hail and strong wind threat exists.
Disorganized thunderstorms will move into south-central Manitoba by the early afternoon.

Intensity will increase in the late afternoon through the evening.
Heavy rain and frequent lightning are expected overnight as storms track east of Winnipeg, and into northwestern Ontario.
