Guion Stewart Bluford Jr. is an American aerospace engineer, retired U.S. Air Force officer and fighter pilot, and former NASA astronaut. His first mission to space was on the 1983 'Challenger'. Bluford was aboard four missions to space, between 1983 and 1992.
Bluford's incredibly impressive credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace engineering, a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering, a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Laser Physics, and a Master of Business Administration.
