Photos: Partial lunar eclipse brightens up the sky

A partial lunar eclipse unlike anything we've seen in centuries lit up the sky early Friday morning, beginning at about 1 a.m. EST and lasting 3.5 hours, the longest partial eclipse since 1440, NASA says.
