Victoria Fenn Alvarado is a multi-faceted industry professional whose skills arc from the conception of an idea, to the delivery of a final product. Victoria currently occupies the role of Video Journalist at The Weather Network, which compiles her previous roles as a video editor, director/producer, and on-camera presenter. Being half Costa Rican, it is no surprise that she is not the biggest fan of cold conditions - despite volunteering to do reports and stand-ups during active weather.
