Yellow Warning - Snow Squall
Snow squalls expected.
What:
Near zero visibility at times in heavy snow and blowing snow.
Local snowfall amounts of 10 to 20 cm.
Westerly winds gusting 70 to 90 km/h.
When:
Overnight through Monday evening.
Additional information:
Lake effect snow off Lake Erie is expected to intensify into snow squalls overnight. Strong westerly winds will develop Monday morning, producing areas of near zero visibility in heavy snow and blowing snow.
Snow squalls are expected to move south of the area Monday evening, but may return on Tuesday.
