What: For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 15 below expected. For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 26 below possible.
Where: Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.
When: For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 11 AM EST Saturday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Saturday evening through Sunday afternoon.
Impacts: The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
