Description
What: Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 8 below possible.
Where: Portions of north central and northwest North Carolina and central, south central, southwest, and west central Virginia.
When: From Saturday evening through Sunday morning.
Impacts: The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
Recommended Action
Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go outside.
