What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
Where: A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following areas, Bay, Genesee, Lapeer, Livingston, Macomb, Midland, Oakland, Saginaw, Sanilac, Shiawassee, St. Clair, Tuscola, Washtenaw and Wayne.
When: Until midnight EDT tonight.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
Additional Details: - 1 to 3 inches of rain fell this morning across southeast Michigan, leading to rises in area rivers and reports of minor flooding. A second round of rain is expected this afternoon and evening, with potential for additional amounts to reach or exceed one inch. The primary concerns are for additional rises in rivers and areal flooding, although localized flash flooding cannot be entirely ruled out. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Michigan Kearsley Creek Near Davison affecting Genesee County. For the Kearsley Creekincluding DavisonMinor flooding is forecast.
What: Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Kearsley Creek near Davison.
When: From this afternoon to early Monday afternoon.
Impacts: At 10.0 feet, Water reaches the bottom of the Davison Road bridge and will begin to dam up against it. Flooding of some homes occurs just upstream of the Lippincott Blvd bridge.
Additional Details: - At 3:00 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 10.0 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.8 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage Monday morning. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
