Description

What: Very cold wind chills of 10 to 20 below zero expected.
Where: Much of southern New England, except for the south coast and Cape and Islands.
When: From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Saturday.
Impacts: The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Recommended Action

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
