Hazardous winter conditions expected Wednesday. What: Snowfall amounts of 5 to 15 cm. Reduced visibility in local blowing snow with winds gusting up to 50 km/h. When: Beginning Wednesday morning and continuing into Wednesday evening. Additional information: Snow and local blowing snow associated with an approaching system will develop Wednesday morning. There remains some uncertainty with the track of this system, therefore, snowfall amounts and areas affected could change. Warnings may be issued as the event draws closer. Roads and walkways may be difficult to navigate. Visibility may be suddenly reduced to near zero at times. Some travel delays are possible. Road closures are possible.
