Where: Greater Victoria near Haro Strait, Southern Gulf Islands, Metro Vancouver - southwest near the water including Tsawwassen and Boundary Bay, and Metro Vancouver - southeast near the water including White Rock.
When: Now until later this afternoon.
Remarks: Strong southeasterly winds have developed over the southern Strait of Georgia and Haro Strait. Sustained winds near 70 km/h can be expected for the next couple of hours before before weakening later this afternoon.
