Where: Southwest Bighorn Basin and Cody Foothills.
When: From 6 AM to 8 PM MDT Saturday.
Impacts: Gusty winds will make travel difficult. Strong cross-wind gusts on area highways could cause high-profile vehicle blow-overs.
