* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 incheswith isolated amounts to 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 30to 40 mph with isolated gusts near 50 mph possible.* WHERE...Jackson Hole, Star Valley, Upper Green River BasinFoothills and South Lincoln County.* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 5 AM MST Tuesday.* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Patchy blowing snowcould significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditionscould impact the morning or evening commute.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds occur Monday, especially inthe afternoon. Winds decrease through Monday night. Reducedvisibilities from blowing snow is very likely.
