Description

At 507 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6 miles southwest of Gardner Dam Scout Camp, or 21 miles north of Shawano, moving northeast at 35 mph.
Hazard: Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.
Source: Radar indicated.
Impact: Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. The strong thunderstorm will be near Neopit and Big Smokey Falls around 510 PM CDT. Gardner Dam Scout Camp and White Lake around 515 PM CDT. Mountain around 525 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this strong thunderstorm include Intersection Of Hwy 55 And County M, Langlade, Boulder Lake Campground, Fredenberg Lake and Bagley Rapids Campground.

Recommended Action

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening weather conditions. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
