What: Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
Where: Northeastern Calumet County in east central Wisconsin Northern Manitowoc County in east central Wisconsin Brown County in northeastern Wisconsin Kewaunee County in northeastern Wisconsin Northeastern Outagamie County in northeastern Wisconsin
When: Until 400 AM CDT Wednesday.
Impacts: Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
Additional Details: - At 652 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms will move back across the warned area. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Green Bay, Kewaunee, Kaukauna, Little Chute, Algoma, Luxemburg, Denmark, Black Creek, Two Creeks, Bellevue, Oneida, De Pere, Howard, Ashwaubenon, Allouez, Two Rivers, Ledgeview and Hobart. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
Where: Portions of central, east central, and northeast Wisconsin, including the following counties, in central Wisconsin, Portage, Waushara and Wood. In east central Wisconsin, Calumet, Manitowoc and Winnebago. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Door, Kewaunee and Outagamie.
When: Through Wednesday morning.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
Additional Details: - Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain are expected to spread across the region this evening. The heavy rain falling on soils saturated from the heavy rain that occurred Monday evening through early this morning will only aggravate flooding concerns ongoing across the area. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Wisconsin East River near East River near Greenleaf affecting Brown County.
What: Minor flooding is occurring. This approaches the flood of record.
Where: East River near East River near Greenleaf.
When: Until further notice.
Impacts: At 14.0 feet, Widespread lowland and farm land flooding is occurring. Water is covering Wrightstown Road 1/2 mile west of Highway 57/32. Additional flooding is occurring in Ledgeview, including Ledgeview Road and Creamery Road near the river. Portions of Ledgeview Park are submerged.
