Description

The National Weather Service in La Crosse WI has issued a Flood Watch for the following rivers in Wisconsin Wisconsin River at Muscoda affecting Iowa, Grant and Richland zones.
What: Flooding is possible.
Where: Wisconsin River at Muscoda.
When: From late Friday night until further notice.
Impacts: At 9.6 feet, Homes on W Lakeshore Drive and E Lakeshore Drive along Avoca Lake (inlet of Wisconsin River) begin sandbagging.
Additional Details: - At 2:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 6.1 feet. - ForecastFlood stage may be reached early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 9.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
