Recommended Action
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.

Description

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
Where: Portions of central, east central, and northeast Wisconsin, including the following counties, in central Wisconsin, Portage, Waushara and Wood. In east central Wisconsin, Calumet, Manitowoc and Winnebago. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Door, Kewaunee and Outagamie.
When: Through Wednesday morning.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Extensive street flooding will also be possible.
Additional Details: - 3 to 5 inches of rain have fallen across parts of central and east-central Wisconsin. An addtioanl 0.5 to 1 inch of rain is expected with thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. Addtioanl flooding is possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Description

Areas of localized dense fog with visibilities as low as one half to one quarter mile at times this morning along the bay and lakeshore areas. Motorists should stay alert for localized areas of reduced visibility this morning. If driving, allow yourself extra time to reach your destination and use low beam headlights.
