When: Until 7 AM CDT this morning.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
Additional Details: - Repeated rounds of heavy rain on saturated ground are likely. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible with locally higher amounts. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Sheboygan, Fond Du Lac, Waupun, Plymouth, Sheboygan Falls, Ripon, Berlin, North Fond Du Lac, Howards Grove, Kohler, Markesan, Oakfield, Rosendale, Elkhart Lake, Green Lake, Brandon, Southern Lake Winnebago, Taycheedah, Lamartine and Byron. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
