Where: In Iowa, Allamakee County. In Minnesota, Houston, Wabasha, and Winona Counties. In Wisconsin, Crawford, Grant, Buffalo, and La Crosse Counties.
When: From midnight tonight to 8 AM CDT Friday.
Impacts: Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
