Description

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
Where: Portions of central, east central, north central, and northeast Wisconsin, including the following areas, in central Wisconsin, Marathon, Portage, Waushara and Wood. In east central Wisconsin, Calumet, Manitowoc and Winnebago. In north central Wisconsin, Langlade and Lincoln. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Door, Kewaunee, Menominee, Northern Marinette County, Northern Oconto County, Outagamie, Shawano, Southern Marinette County, Southern Oconto County and Waupaca.
When: From 4 PM CDT this afternoon through Tuesday morning.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Extensive street flooding will also be possible.
Additional Details: - Much of the region received 1 to 2 inches of rain Saturday night into Sunday morning, so soils are saturated. A large thunderstorm complex is expected to develop across the watch area late this afternoon and evening, and will likely produce widespread rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches, with locally higher amounts. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.

Description

The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Wisconsin Wolf River at New London affecting Winnebago, Waupaca and Outagamie Counties. Wolf River near Shiocton affecting Waupaca, Shawano and Outagamie Counties. For the Lower Wolf Riverincluding Shiocton, New LondonMinor flooding is forecast.
What: Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Wolf River near Shiocton.
When: Until further notice.
Impacts: At 13.0 feet, Floodwaters begin to approach homes near the river in the Shiocton area. This mainly includes homes along Island and Mill Streets. Many seasonal structures are surrounded by water.
Additional Details: - At 7:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Recent ActivityThe maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:30 AM CDT Sunday was 12.3 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.1 feet Friday evening. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Impacts: At 10.1 feet, Floodwaters begin to cover portions of West Wolf River Avenue downstream of New London. Widespread lowland flooding is occurring from New London to Fremont.
