Description
What: Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches at elevations above 2000 feet. Lower valleys will see totals of a coating to 2 inches. Northwest winds gusting around 30 to 45 mph, especially tonight.
Where: In Virginia, Eastern Highland County. In West Virginia, Eastern Pendleton County.
When: Until 10 PM EST this evening.
Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions.
