Additional Details: - At 1014 AM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area. Flooding is ongoing. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Wheeling, Moundsville, Bellaire, Waynesburg, Bethlehem, Woodsfield, Triadelphia, Shadyside, McMechen, Powhatan Point, Glen Dale, Cameron, Benwood, Rogersville, West Finley, Beallsville, Clarington, Aleppo and Jerusalem. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
