What: Snow. Additional snow accumulations of between 2 and 4 inches.
Where: Portions of southeast and southern West Virginia.
When: Until 10 PM EST Saturday.
Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.
