Rainfall amounts over the last 24 hours have been as high as 2 to 3 inches, and additional amounts up to 2 inches are expected in these locations, with the highest amounts in the Cascades of Whatcom County. Meanwhile, snow levels will remain 7000 to 8000 feet. Rivers in the outlook area will continue to rise, and crest later today into Tuesday.
