What: Freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations up to one-tenth inch.
Where: Kittitas Valley, Yakima Valley, Lower Columbia Basin of Washington, and Foothills of the Blue Mountains of Washington.
When: Until 7 AM PST Friday.
Impacts: Difficult travel conditions are possible.
