Description
What: Mixed precipitation of freezing rain, rain, and snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to one half inch and ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch.
Where: Wilbur, Ephrata, Coulee City, Odessa, Harrington, Grand Coulee, Othello, Quincy, Creston, Moses Lake, and Ritzville.
When: From 2 PM this afternoon to 4 AM PST Friday.
Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions. Freezing rain may lead to very slick conditions on untreated roads and surfaces.
