Description
What: Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches at elevations above 2000 feet. Lower valleys will see totals of a coating to 2 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
Where: In Virginia, Eastern Highland County. In West Virginia, Eastern Pendleton County.
When: From 4 AM early this morning to 10 PM EST this evening.
Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions.
